It is important to approach a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session with an open mind and trust in the process. The mind-body connection can be powerful and can lead to deep insights and healing. It’s important to release any expectations or preconceived notions about the outcome of the session and allow yourself to let go of control. Remember, even if the experience is confusing or unexpected, it is all happening for your highest good and will ultimately benefit you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
When setting an intention, keep it simple and focused with one clear sentence, avoiding negativity and keeping it positive. A post-it note is sufficient
An intention is a powerful tool that can help you achieve your goals and desires. It is an aim or goal you set for yourself, your healing journey, and your session. Setting an intention is the first step in the healing process and it demonstrates that you are taking your healing journey seriously and that you have a clear idea of what you want to achieve.
When setting an intention, consider what outcome you want, what experience you wish to have in your session, and what areas of your life you want to focus on for healing. You may also want to think about developing certain characteristics in yourself, such as connecting with your Higher Self.
Your intention informs your subconscious and guides your healing journey. Remember that your Higher Self and the experiences you have are working for your benefit, and by setting an intention, you can help guide this process by communicating your goals and desires to your Higher Self, your inner healing intelligence, and your body.
As you embark on your journey towards self-discovery and healing through Quantum Healing Hypnosis, it’s essential to prepare yourself and your questions for the session. One crucial step is creating a list of questions you’d like to explore. Your questions will drive the experience .
To make the most of your session, prioritize your questions and consider what’s most important to you. You can cover personal ,physical ,Spiritual or psychic topics related to your life, such as health, relationships, career, or past experiences. Some example questions you might consider include:
What is the root cause of my chronic health issue, and is it possible to heal it?
Is this new relationship right for me, and how can I make it work?
What is my true purpose in life, and how can I align with it?
Why do I have a difficult relationship with a family member, and is there a way to resolve it?
How Can I activate my Gifts ? Have I had contact with other beings?
Although a longer list of questions can provide more options, it’s best to aim for around 10 questions to provide enough space for detailed answers. The more questions you have, the less time you have for each answer. To help you dig deeper, it’s helpful to ask your higher self to reveal the most important questions when making your list. I suggest limiting the number of questions to about 10 to ensure there’s enough time and energy to address them.

Recording
As your facilitator I will provide you with a recording 48 hour after your session of the session, which should be downloaded and backed up as soon as possible
Listening to the recording of your session after it’s over can be very beneficial. Even if you remember the session well immediately afterwards, the memory can fade over time, just like a dream. Repeat listening can also help you receive additional information and energy from the session.
The goal of quantum healing is to have your conscious mind align with your Higher Self and its goals, and to accept any changes or healing that occur.
Online Zoom
For a seamless online experience, it’s important to have Zoom installed on your device.
A headset with a microphone attached is essential . You will be sent a personalized link for the session in advance.
Before the session, we encourage you to test your equipment and internet connection with a friend to ensure everything is in working order. This will allow for an uninterrupted session where you can fully focus on your healing journey.
For the hypnosis portion of the session, which will last approximately 2 hours, it’s important to have a comfortable bed to lie on. This will ensure your comfort and optimal experience. The initial discussion can be done while sitting in a chair.
In preparation for your session, we suggest finding a quiet and private space, free from distractions. Turn off any notifications on your device and make sure that pets and other potential interruptions are in a separate room. Ensure that your computer is fully charged and that your phones are turned off.
Wearing comfortable clothing is also important, as you’ll be lying down during the hypnosis portion of the session. We recommend loose clothing and removing any tight-fitting clothing or shoes to ensure your comfort.

Tips
It’s important to prepare for your Quantum Healing session by avoiding alcohol and limiting caffeine consumption before the session. Clear your schedule for the day and make sure to have some time to process your experience after the session is over.
It is important to understand that every hypnosis session is one-of-a-kind and tailored to your individual needs. To fully benefit from the session, it is recommended to let go of any preconceived notions about the experience or outcome of hypnosis. Remember, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis and my role is simply that of a facilitator.
Prior to the session, it is advisable to engage in relaxation practices. Although relaxation is not a pre-requisite for a successful hypnosis session, it is not uncommon to experience nervousness. To alleviate this, it is recommended to close your eyes and direct your focus to your breath. Bring your awareness to any areas of physical tension in your body, and imagine breathing into those spaces until the tension dissipates. Continuously repeat this process until your entire body feels relaxed and at ease. This practice can aid in inducing a state of relaxation on the day of the session, enhancing the overall efficacy of the experience. . For optimal results, it is wise to prioritize a good night’s sleep prior to your session. To be fully present and receptive to the hypnotic process, it is important to be alert and focused. If you meditate, it is recommended to engage in this practice on the morning or day of your appointment to clear your mind. For those who do not meditate, consider engaging in activities that bring a sense of calm such as a leisurely walk, spending time with a beloved pet, or listening to soothing music.
In terms of nourishment, it is recommended to consume a light meal prior to the session as it may last up to 4 hours. Consider bringing a snack for after the session, or stopping at a nearby cafe. Hydration is also crucial to the success of the session, as water acts as a conductor for energy. During your session, energy will be channeled and moved, so be sure to drink plenty of water. Should the need arise to use the restroom, rest assured that it will not impact the session as each time you enter and exit hypnosis, you will go deeper.
For comfort during the session, it is recommended to wear clean and comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Loose-fitting attire is preferred to avoid constricting circulation. If you typically wear socks while sleeping, bring a pair to ensure your feet remain comfortable. If you wear makeup, opt for a light or waterproof formula as tears may cause eyeliner and mascara to smudge.
After Your Session: . Remember that the session is like a long, detailed daydream and it’s best to give yourself time to return to your regular reality before attempting any complex tasks or physical activity.
You will emerge from the session fully alert and rejuvenated, experiencing a deep sense of relaxation and serenity. Some clients may feel an energizing buzz in their body, while others may feel the need to rest or even nap. It is not uncommon to feel disoriented or to question whether the hypnosis actually took place. To help anchor and ground you, it is advisable to drink plenty of water and have a light meal after the session.
To further enhance the benefits of the session, it is recommended to listen to the recorded session once you return home. Please do not listen to it while driving. Through repeated listenings, you may continue to gain new insights and experience self-healing.
It may take some time to fully process the powerful experiences and transformations that can occur during a hypnosis session, especially as we work at the quantum level. Keep in mind that the healing process continues after the session and be attentive to any meaningful synchronicities that may arise.
