Please note that our session will not delve into matters concerning others or future events. Hypnosis is not sleep; it is a state of heightened awareness. You will remain fully conscious and aware during the experience, and you will typically remember most of what occurs. It is common for individuals to feel as though they are imagining things during hypnosis, as imagination is vital for accessing information from the subconscious and conscious mind.

For Online sessions, find a comfy spot where you can chat openly and express yourself without worrying about being overheard. Take a moment to set up your laptop’s camera for the best view – ensure good lighting and position it close enough to clearly see your face. Also, make sure you have the Zoom application installed on your device and you need a headset with a microphone for clearer communication, this is essential.
